Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed or disabled and you believe it was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including:
- Your contact information
- The content’s original location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.
